Phyllanthus fraternus (bhumi amla, 'gale of the wind'; closely related to and used as Phyllanthus niruri) is a small herb famous as a liver and hepatitis remedy. Generally well tolerated. Because it can lower blood sugar and blood pressure, monitor if you take diabetes or blood-pressure medication.
