Do NOT use casually or for prolonged periods; use only small, properly processed doses under an experienced practitioner, and avoid entirely if you have liver disease, in pregnancy/breastfeeding, or with other liver-stressing drugs. Goitre/thyroid lumps and tumours need proper medical diagnosis and treatment.
