Do not combine with MAOIs, other stimulants, decongestants, caffeine, or heart medications. Banned in dietary supplements in the US and restricted in many countries. Ephedra/ephedrine is a uterine and cardiovascular stimulant that can raise maternal blood pressure and heart rate, reduce blood flow to the fetus, and pass into breast milk.يُمنع استخدامه أثناء الحمل والرضاعة. الإيفيدرا/الإيفيدرين منبّه للرحم وللقلب والأوعية الدموية، وقد يرفع ضغط دم الأم ومعدل ضربات قلبها، ويقلل تدفق الدم إلى الجنين، وينتقل إلى حليب الأم.
